ICE CREAM DELIVERY:
How do you ship ice cream?
We certainly don’t want your ice cream to arrive melted! We ship our ice creams in a cold chain vehicle so it arrives perfectly frozen at your doorstep.
What happens if I’m not at home when the delivery arrives?
Within London Shipping: Shippr will contact you with a timeframe on the day. If you are not in when the delivery is attempted the order will be return to our Kentish Town branch
How much is delivery?
Within London Shipping: £5
What is your refund policy?
Please note that given the perishable nature of ice cream products, all sales are final. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact our Kentish Town branch immediately via email at: Kentishtown@dirtyicecram.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations or amendments cannot be made once the orders are being processed. Please contact us at Kentishtown@dirtyiceecream.co.
How long can I keep the ice cream for?
As our ice cream is made fresh without any preservatives, for best quality we recommend consuming it within a month of opening or 6 months if unopened.
DO YOU DELIVER TO ME?
We are delivering within London from our Kentish Town branch.
I need to change my delivery date. What should I do?
Please e-mail us at: Kentishtown@dirtyicecram.co.uk during business hours to change your delivery dates. We request that changes be made 48hours before your original delivery date.
GENERAL:
Are your ice creams vegan/vegetarian?
All of our sorbets are vegan. Our ice creams contain MILK. All our ice creams and sorbet are churned in the same machines so there may be traces. If you have a severe allergy we would advise against purchasing our products. Everything we make is vegetarian!
